In shanghai, it seldom snows in winter. In the past 10 years before 2003, it just snowed twice. But in the last 3 years, it has been snowed every winter. Most of the citizens, especially children, are excited at the snowy winter.
In China here is a saying. It is that snow brings us harvest. But by the way, in the northern of China, people do not appreciate snow as these in shanghai.
